Iggy Azalea Crushes It With First Live Performance Of New Single ‘Team’ On Jimmy Fallon

It feels like its been SO long since we’ve had new music from Iggy Azalea, but she’s back and better than ever. The rapper gave the live debut of her new single ‘Team’ on Jimmy Fallon and we’re so loving it!

Welcome back! Iggy Azalea, 25, is returning to the spotlight again with her brand new single “Team,” and she gave a blow away performance of it on The Tonight Show. Clearly she’s thrilled to be back dropping rhymes again with her first new solo single in nearly three years and she absolutely owned it onstage!

Iggy debuted a chic new style to go along with her new music, wearing a green jacket and layered matching knee-length skirt. Her blonde locks were flowing in curls and she’s never looked better!

She she was so fierce and sure of herself, dancing along onstage and brimming with pride in her new smash hit.

In her new song’s rhymes, she solidifies her self-confidence with lines like “Baby I got me, and that’s all I need, only friend I need,” while also dropping shout out’s to Kylie Jenner, 18, composer Hans Zimmer, 58, and basketball great Reggie Miller, 50.

This is totally going to be on our summer playlist and we can’t wait for her new album Digital Distortion to drop in June!

Iggy’s had a rocky time since she broke big with “Fancy” back in 2014, with numerous and very public feuds with other rappers as well as the cancellation of her first solo tour.

She definitely needed some time to step away from the spotlight, get her life back in order and make some new music to prove her critics wrong, and if “Team” is any indication, she’s going to be back in such a big way!

Iggy’s so excited to get out and perform her new music from her upcoming s album that she even postponed her 2016 wedding to L.A. Lakers star Nick Young, 30, to go on tour instead.

In a recent interview, Iggy revealed that with her new album coming out in June, “It would be really nice to tour, you know, August, September, October, and have that music be fresh and have me still be in love with it and performing it and everybody having a good time,” she said.

But the couple’s shippers don’t need to worry, because Iggy said she and Nick will likely tie the knot sometime after the 2017 NBA season ends.
