Rivers State Election: Wike's SA, Cyril Dum Wite Arrested With Some Thugs Wearing Military Uniform

The Secretary to the Rivers State Government, Mr. Kenneth Kobani has been arrested by men of the Nigerian Army for alleged stalling the distribution of electoral materials.

It was gathered that Kobani had this morning allegedly stormed a RAC centre in his area having gathered that the original result sheets have been carted away.

Later, the military arrested him for stalling the electoral process.

Also during the rerun election, Mr. Cyril Dum Wite, the Special Adviser to Governor Nyesom Wike on Special Projects was arrested by the Nigerian army and police few hours ago as identified in the photo below circled in red.

He was allegedly arrested alongside some thugs in military uniform at Bori area in River state.
