It looks like Kim Kardashian, 35, and Kanye West, 38, are headed to court! While their marriage is reportedly coming to an end — on their second wedding anniversary no less — they’re also about to battle it out over custody rights for their two children, Saint and North.
And you better believe Kanye is NOT going down without a fight! He reportedly even has so much dirt on Kim that he’s confident things will turn out in his favor.
“Kanye not only wants to end the marriage,” a source revealed to InTouch magazine. “But he plans on going for custody of their two children.
He wants to take them to Paris, where he has a home, for half the year. He’s told Kim as much too, and even said he has enough dirt on her to ensure the legal system would be lenient toward him when it came to custody.” Yikes!
But while Kanye claims to have incriminating evidence against Kim, Kim certainly knows Kanye’s secrets as well. “It’s ironic,” the source continued. “They each went into [the marriage] thinking they were going to get exactly what they wanted — and to an extent they did — but then it all backfired.” Backfired is right! The couple now allegedly fights constantly and can’t agree on anything, according to InTouch‘s new report.
But just what did Kanye get out of this destructive marriage? Apparently a lot! While Kim wanted A-list fame and to recover from her embarrassing divorce to Kris Humphries, 31, Kanye had his own motives for settling down with the reality star — one of which includes starting a family. Kanye “wanted children and had been dogged for years by spurious allegations that he was either gay or bisexual,” the source gushed. Wow!
So while Kanye supposedly used Kim for kids, and Kim used Kanye for fame, it appears as if this union was doomed from the start. It’s just so sad that innocent, young children had to be brought into it.
An eyewitness even told the mag that on a visit to the LA County Museum of Art on April 2, Kim and Kanye had zero interaction with each other unless it was involving North. Well, at least both stars seem to have one thing in common — a love for parenting. But now it just remains to be seen which parent will win the reported custody battle!

Honestly kanye should get custody of the kids because Kim is always distracted by other stuff to not even notice her own child! North is always tripping and falling imnfront of Kim and she doesn't even care

ReplyDeleteI dont believe they are getting a divorce, this is another publicity stunt. They both got shit together and thats their bond. More sales for the magazine. This couple will do anything to keep their marriage. Its normal to quarrel during early marriage. They going nowhere peeps.
