Kris Humphries never exactly won over the Kardashian family’s love when he was married to Kim Kardashian in 2011! In fact, Khloe Kardashian has made it clear that she couldn’t stand her sister’s husband of 72 days…and years later, her tune hasn’t changed.
“There’s a lot of times that I’ve told my sister the truth, like when she wanted to marry Kris Humphries,” she told Snoop Dogg on his GGN Podcast. “I was like, ‘He’s a f***ing loser. Why are you marrying this f***ing dog?'”
Obviously, the now-happily-married Kim didn’t take her sister’s words to heart at first — she wound up marrying Kris in a lavish, televised ceremony, just to file for divorce 72 days later. “She didn’t have to hear me and that’s okay,” Khloe added. “But the fact is that I said what I had to say. And I’m not going to just dumb myself down and act like this guy’s not a f***ing joke when…for what?”
And, don’t worry, Kim has swallowed her pride and is now able to admit that Khloe was right. “So I said the truth and you know, later, she was like, ‘You know, you’re right,'” the 31-year-old explained. “I think that takes a bigger person to come back later and say, ‘You know what, sister, you were right.'”
Of course, these days, the 35-year-old has long moved on from her relationship with Kris — just six months after filing for divorce, she started dating Kanye West, 38, and she gave birth to their first child, North West, in June 2013, just days after her divorce was finalized.
They finally tied the knot in May 2014…and we’ve barely heard from Kris since!
