On June 16, just one day after we learned that Taylor Swift, 26, and Tom Hiddleston, 35, were officially an item, we found out what Calvin Harris, 32, thinks about his ex’s new relationship. And because Calvin and Tay only broke up two weeks ago, after over a year of dating, you’d think the guy would be, well, pissed. Caught on camera in L.A., Calvin tried to play it very cool. When asked to comment on Taylor, and if she betrayed him, he kept didn’t let his emotions get the better of him. “She’s doing her thing … all good,” Calvin said to TMZ.
It is obvious he knew fans all over the world were waiting for him to react, and he handled it with CLASS. So is he actually okay with this relationship? Has he moved on as fast as Taylor has? We aren’t sure. We aren’t even sure exactly how fast Taylor moved on, as she was seen checking out Tom weeks ago when they werked it on the dance floor at the Met Gala on May 2.
For those of you who have been paying close attention, Calvin wasn’t so relaxed when pics of Taylor and Tom locking lips on a Rhode Island beach first came out tweeting “Oh boy it’s about to go down,” followed by three skull emojis.
Calvin deleted his tweet faster than you can say Swift, and then began deleting EVERY photo of Taylor on his social media and unfollowing her on Twitter and Instagram. He even blocked every Swiftie that tweeted at him about her. Playing it cool? Not so much. But today Calvin seemed calm and collected.
