Khloe Kardashian, 31, has done plenty to move forward with her life since her marriage to 36-year-old Lamar Odom crumbled in front of their very eyes. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is “putting her foot down” after the former NBA baller allegedly turned to drugs once again according to a new report.
“More than anything, Khloé wants to be in Lamar’s life,” an insider tells USWeekly. “But only if he gets healthy.” That sounds bad but we have to wait and see how this plays out as another source was insistent that the retired pro has not returned to his old ways.
Despite being seen drinking at a bar inside the Los Angeles Beverly Center Mall in early May. Khloe tweeted “SMH” followed by “Hummmmmmmmmm… People disappoint,” after photos emerged of Lamar sipping a dark liquor on Mother’s Day afternoon. USWeekly‘s first source retorted that, “he’s definitely been partying” and the blonde beauty “can’t watch him fall apart again.”
The Strong Looks Better Naked author also recently revealed her long-time strife with her former hubby. “My home [with Lamar] was dark and toxic,” she says in the new edition of Harper’s Bazaar. “At the time, my family didn’t know what I was going through. It was the biggest secret I’ve kept. I just needed a place to go.” Since their tumultuous on-and-off again relationship, both Khloe and Lamar do appear to be trying to move forward in the best way possible.
Lamar has shown his appreciation for Khloe in KUWTK episodes, but it may be harder than he expected to fight his demons. Khloe played such a huge part assisting him in his difficult recovery, now that he’s able to walk and talk again. Meanwhile, the star has been looking her best and is currently working on her new E! series Revenge Body, which will chronicle several makeovers using personal trainers and stylists in their six-episode order.
