Iggy Azalea, 26, made headlines when she officially severed ties with fiancé Nick Young, 31, in a heartfelt Instagram message on June 19.
While it looked like she was the one who ended things, a new report claims the NBA star dumped Iggy to get back together with the mother of his child, Keonna. So it seems Nick was the one who pulled the plug on the “Fancy” songstress! Swaggy P is currently shacking up in Los Angeles with his baby mama and they’ve allegedly got another bun in the oven according to a June 21 report from MediaTakeOut. This would be sweet revenge for Keonna who was enjoying life as a “happy family” with Nick and their son, when Iggy came into the picture.
“He loves Keonna and always did,” says the MTO insider. And although “they are meant to be together, [Iggy] was really famous, and Nick loves the attention. He ended up leaving [Keonna] for [Iggy] because he wanted to be more famous.” Oh boy!
But, it seems the tables have turned since then. Fans have been following every move of Iggy and Nick as news of their breakup went public. Nick took a blasé tone with his announcement regarding their relationship status, writing a short but simple one-word phrase: “Single.” The source also agreed with his seemingly lackluster sentiment, saying, “[Nick] and Keonna are trying to make it work. As far as Iggy goes, f*** her, she don’t matter.”
Is this why Iggy dumped all of Nick’s stuff outside her house after their breakup? We’ve all been speculating the reasons why the formerly engaged couple couldn’t work out their differences. Clearly, the video previously shot by D’Angelo Russell, 20, also had something to do with their demise. Nonetheless, Iggy said she couldn’t marry a man who she didn’t trust, so maybe it’s better off for the both of them to just move on!
