Russia Vs. Wales Live Stream — Watch The Euro 2016 Game Online

Wales' make or break Euro 2016 game against Russia has been elevated to "high risk" by security chiefs after deported Russian football hooligans warned they plan to return to France for today night's match.

Wayne Nash, the Welsh FA's national security officer, revealed UEFA have changed assessment of the game from 'medium risk' to 'high risk' as he arrived in Toulouse to discuss policing arrangements with the French authorities, report the Sunday Times.

As many as 20,000 Welsh fans could descend upon the city in the south of France for the final Group B fixture that will determine whether Gareth Bale and his team-mates go into the knockout stages of the tournament. The authorities have heightened security fears following the violence meted out by organised Russian hooligans to fans of other countries.
The move comes after England supporters were targeted in nearby Marseille last weekend, with two fans left in a coma and dozens of others injured.

Wales' fans have earned plaudits from the French authorities for their exemplary behaviour whilst following Chris Coleman's team on this Euro adventure.
But Nash told the newspaper: "There is a degree of nervousness about (the security of) our supporters.

"We've each witnessed the scenes that happened in Marseille. It was shocking. It was at another level (of violence). The actions were deplorable."
Around 200 Russian ultras, some armed with weapons, were reported to have been involved in the violence against English fans and many have faced deportation.

However, a group of 20 suspected Russian hooligans have warned they plan to return for the Wales game, despite being booted out of the country.

Nash said: "We are getting messages that as they (Russian organisers) ran through the port of Marseille, everyone was game. We need to get these people out of football."
The Russian fans being forced to leave France were held in a closed-off area at Nice airport on Saturday afternoon ahead of a scheduled flight to Moscow.

But Alexander Shprygin, the leader of a Russian fan group who is among the 20 to be deported, told the Press Association their visas will not be canceled and each plan to return for Monday's match against Wales.

"What has happened to us is a complete outrage," Shprygin said by phone from the airport, claiming the 20 were not involved in any disorder.
Shprygin has been accused of far-right links and admitted posting far-right symbols online, but denies he or his organisation are racist.

French authorities, acting on a tip-off from Russian police, raided a hotel near Cannes on Sunday and combed through hundreds of hours of video to link suspects to the disorder.
Fans from England and Wales were involved in a tense face-off with Russian ultras in Lille last week.

Footage from social media showed chairs been thrown outside a bar in the French city as two men in balaclavas were ushered away from the scene.
The Ultras who approached the bar in Lille were wearing 'Orel Butchers' t-shirts. That refers to a well-known Russian hooligan group affiliated to Locomotiv Moscow.

Nevertheless, hopefully the Welsh will have a win over the Russians so as to go into the knockout stages of the tournament.
