Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston are having a showdown over Brad Pitt, and it’s all his fault! A new report says that Brad has been contacting his ex-wife over the phone, causing Angelina to go “nuclear”. Read on to see why Angie’s on the warpath!
InTouch magazine reports that Angie was relaxing alone with Brad when he learned about her phone calls to Jen, according to an insider: “[Brad] casually mentioned that he’d reached out to [ex-wife] Jen to send his sympathy after her mom passed away in May. He didn’t think it was a big deal.” Well, he couldn’t have been more wrong, the source adds. “To Angie, it was akin to Brad dropping a nuclear bomb. She accused him of talking with Jen behind her back.” Ouch!
The insider adds that Angie was so overcome with anger at the news that she started sobbing. “She was furious they’d reunited. She went ballistic and was in tears.” Brad, in turn, was shocked at her reaction. “Brad thought the Angelina-Jennifer war was long dead and buried. But he clearly wrong,” the source explains. That’s an understatement.
Finally, the mag reports that Angie still harbors a fear that Brad could leave her for Jen. “Angie’s greatest fear is that in a classic case of what goes around comes around, Brad could somehow end up back in Jen’s arms. She’s heard that Jen’s been having marriage problems with Justin Theroux, and Angie wants to make it clear that Brad is hers and hers alone.” Hopefully the couple works it out!
