While Andy Murray was on his way to winning his second Wimbledon title on July 10, Bradley Cooper was on his way to the doghouse! As the 41-year-old actor sat watched the epic match with his girlfriend, Irina Shayk, 30, cameras caught the couple nearly getting into an epic fight. Irina looked like she wanted absolutely nothing to do with Bradley!
During the second set of the Wimbledon Men’s Final between Andy and Milos Raonic, the camera panned to the star-studded audience to show Bradley and Irina sitting together — but unfortunately for Bradley, he was caught at the absolute wrong time! While it’s unclear what exactly he did to upset Irina, it was evident that he had messed something up pretty badly. Irina wouldn’t even look at him!
Bradley took a second to look at Irina, seemingly hoping that she would at least give him a glimpse, but she wouldn’t budge. So rather than starting a major fight in the middle of tennis’ most prestigious tournament, Bradley simply turned back to the court and continued to watch the match. Okay, we’ll give Bradley a little credit, because it does look like he at least asks Irina if she’s mad at him (which should be pretty obvious…). But we can’t help wondering what the heck sparked such a heated situation for the typically happy couple!
Of course, Bradley’s almost-fight with Irina sent Wimbledon viewers into a frenzy, with several taking to Twitter to call him out for being in big trouble with his girl! “Bradley Cooper done f***ed up,” one fan tweeted. Some were even advising Bradley to dump Irina for the way she shunned him!
Even though Irina certainly threw Bradley some shade at Wimbledon, we’re thinking their little quarrel wasn’t a relationship-ending one. At least we’re hoping so! Considering there’s no more of Wimbledon left, we may have to wait for the U.S. Open to see where they stand!
