Gretchen Carlson: 6 More Women Claim Fox News’ Roger Ailes Sexually Harassed Them

In the wake of Gretchen Carlson’s damning sexual harassment allegations against Fox News CEO Roger Ailes, six more women have come forward with abuse claims of their own. The harassment claims date back to the early 1960s.

Former Fox News host Gretchen Carlson, 50, is not the first woman whom CEO Roger Ailes, 76, allegedly sexually harassed. Six more women have alleged that Roger sexually harassed them while they worked together, and their claims stretch back to the 1960s! Two women have come forward with their full names, while the other four have requested to remain anonymous;

After Gretchen accused Roger of over a decade of sexual harassment during her time at the network, dozens of women have apparently contacted her New Jersey-based attorney, Nancy Erika Smith, to report their own claims against Roger. Six of those women agreed to speak to New York Magazine about their allegations.

Kellie Boyle, 54, and Marsha Callahan, 73, were the only two women to reveal their full names to NY Mag. Kellie, a former Republican National Committee field adviser, met Roger in 1989 when she was 29, after being introduced by her husband, who worked at CNBC.

After having dinner with Roger in DC at a later date, he allegedly told her in the car, “You know if you want to play with the big boys, you have to lay with the big boys.” He allegedly told her about all the other women in politics he’s slept with, and said that “that’s the way it works” in politics;  “you might have to give a blowjob every once in a while,” to get ahead. This is sickening.

Marsha was a model who got called in to be on The Mike Douglas Show in 1968, which Roger was producing at the time. He allegedly told her to come to the interview wearing a garter belt, and instructed her to lift up her skirt and do different poses, and said he’d put her on the show with him if she’d “go to bed with him.”

Pat*, 65, had just graduated from college and went to an interview for a broadcasting job with Roger...that he held at his apartment:  “I don’t remember his exact words, but his message was: ‘If you want to make it in New York City in the TV business, you’re going to have to f**k me, and you’re going to do that with anyone I tell you to.’ I was afraid he was going to pin me down.”

Jane*, 62, interviewed for a broadcasting job with Roger in 1975. He filmed a short sample segment, then allegedly told her to put on a garter belt and stockings. “After that, something sexual took place, but I blocked it out of my mind,” she said. Susan*, 66, was just 16 in 1967, when she came to Mike Douglas for a modeling gig. “He proceeded to pull down his pants and very gingerly pull out his genitals and said, ‘Kiss them’…I was a kid, I’d never seen a man’s privates before.”

And Diane*, 69, was just 18 or 19 in 1966, when she went in for an acting gig at Mike Douglas. When it was her turn to audition, “He grabbed me and had his hands on me and he forced me to kiss him. When I recoiled he said, ‘Well, you know no girls get a job here unless they’re cooperative.’”
