Taylor Swift Vs Kim Kardashian: The Moment Kim Decided To Release Shocking Videos

It’s no secret that Kim Kardashian held onto the tapes of Taylor Swift learning about Kanye West’s ‘Famous’ for months before releasing it, and now a report reveals the exact moment that the couple decided it was time to unleash the video to the public.

Unfortunately, it turns out that Taylor, 26, might have brought the attack by Kim, 35, and Kanye, 39, on herself. Though not surprising, it was Taylor’s 2016 Grammy Awards speech that started the ball rolling, reports Us Weekly‘s August 1 issue. Yikes.

“That speech pushed Kim and Kanye over the edge,” a Kimye insider told the magazine. It was after that that the couple allegedly decided how they were going to release the video of Kanye and Taylor on the phone, in which he tells her about the “I think me and Taylor might still have sex” line in his controversial song, “Famous.”

The source continued, “They wouldn’t have released that tape had she not dedicated her Grammy speech to bashing Kanye for something she was aware of. That speech was all about coming at Kanye.”

For those of you who don’t remember Taylor’s speech, it was not long after “Famous” was released and the lyrics repeatedly insinuated that if it weren’t for Kanye, Taylor wouldn’t be a celebrity.

Taylor responded by saying, “I want to say to all the young women out there: There are going to be people along the way who will try to undercut your success or take credit for accomplishments or your fame. But… some day, when you get where you’re going, you’ll look around and you will know that it was you.” The speech was a clear dig at Kanye’s claim to making Taylor famous, and as you can see it was not well received.
