“On 10.18.2014, inside the Plaza hotel located at 768 5 avenue, Baylee was involved in grand larceny,” the New York Police Department confirms to HollywoodLife.com. “She and a 20-year-old female entered the room in a dispute with a 26-year-old female and the person that Bailey was with took a wallet and they both fled on foot. Inside the wallet was $200 and the person’s wallet was a Michael Kors black worth $1,000. There were also credit cards in the wallet, as well. There’s a complaint report for Baylee.”
Baylee was long gone by the time cops arrived to the scene, but she took the contents of the purse with her, according to TMZ. There is a warrant out against Chris Brown’s accuser, with implications that if she’s found by police in NYC, they can take her in for questioning. However, a rep for Baylee tells TMZ that she was unaware about this warrant, and claims it’s the friend who committed the crime.
In case you haven’t been following, Baylee is the woman who called 911 on Chris on Aug. 30, claiming he pulled a gun on her. She claims she was simply looking at jewelry while partying at his home, although the singer says that is not the full story.
Still, the 27-year-old was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. He was released on $250,000 later in the evening on Aug. 30, and is expected in court on September 20. Of course, we’ll be watching for everything that happens next.
