Drake, 29, and Eminem, 43, may go head-to-head sooner than we thought! After the internet went nuts over a potential feud between the rappers, we told you that Eminem “thinks Drake is a great studio rapper,” but when it came down to “street rapping, Drizzy would get destroyed.” Now, we found out just exactly how Drake feels about Em’s bold opinions, and it’s not pretty. A source tells HollywoodLife that “Slim Shady don’t want it! As far as Drake‘s concerned, Em’s time has come and gone.” OUCH!
The rapper, who’s record-setting album, Views is still blowing up the charts, knows his star power when it comes to his craft. “Drake‘s sitting on top of the rap game and has been for a long time so it’s quite natural for old dog like Slim who wants to be noticed again to take a shot at the king.” BURN!
It all began when radio DJ Ebro revealed that there could be beef between the two rappers when he admitted that Eminem is coming for Drake. So, of course, the internet had a field day, blowing up the idea of a rap battle between the two. Well, it didn’t take long for Marshall to voice his controversial opinion on the matter, revealing although he respected Drizzy, he would still destroy him. Now that we know how Champagne Papi feels, we may get to witness the most epic rap battle ever!
While we hope these two artists can mend any drama there is, we have to admit, that rap battle would be INSANE! We’ll have to wait and see who makes the next move in this heated spat.
