Amy Schumer, 35, didn’t waste any time plotting to replace Brangelina as the biggest couple in Hollywood. And her couple name for her and her man, Ben Hanisch, 29, is “Benamyhanischumer.”
Well, that’s a mouthful! The Trainwreck star hilariously shared a photo of the couple on a red carpet, while announcing the new name. In the photo, the two are dressed to impress in matching, black-tie outfits. Amy even flaunted a bit of cleavage as she gave her best pouty face. So cute! “Benamyhanischumer to replace branjelina,” she captioned the pic.
We’re not exactly sure how well that name is going to catch on, but we have to give her an A for effort. Many of her fans also loved the name, or at least had a good laugh, commenting with big yeses and emojis.
But while Amy is brainstorming new couple names to beat out the competition, people are still mourning the end of Brad Pitt, 52, and Angelina Jolie’s, 41, seemingly perfect marriage. The two-year marriage reportedly came to an end when Angelina filed for divorce and requested sole custody of their six children on Sept. 19. Many celebrities, including Chrissy Teigen, 30, Bette Midler, 70, and Alyssa Milano, 43, all reacted to the news, expressing their disbelief that it was actually over. But as more info about their relationship spills out, it turns out it wasn’t always the fairytale it was perceived to be. New allegations have come forward, claiming Brad may have been abusive — verbally and physically — to his children and his wife. And now, a full investigation is underway! Yikes!
Okay, so in that sense, Amy may not want to follow in Brangelina’s footsteps. But it would be cool to be the next couple that everyone adores! And Amy and Ben are on their way for sure! The couple has been dating for nearly 9 months now, and seem to be more in love than ever. In addition to being featured on her social media accounts, Amy has also brought him as her date to many red carpet events. SO cute! So look out world, Benamyhanischumer is taking over!
