Brad Pitt Can Not Be Alone With His Kids While Under Investigation — Expert Says

Unfortunately, the abuse allegations being made against Brad Pitt could seriously affect how he spends time with his and Angelina Jolie’s six children, an expert tells EXCLUSIVELY. Keep reading for more details.

Brad Pitt, 52, is looking at quite the fight over his six children with estranged wife Angelina Jolie, 41. As the investigation into accusations made that the father of six allegedly abused his children, in an EXCLUSIVELY chat with California divorce attorney David Pisarra, who does not represent Brad or Angelina, to find out what the next steps in this upsetting situation could be.

“Angelina’s likely next step will be to seek a 3-week temporary restraining order which can easily be granted by a judge based on Angelina’s declaration alone,” David told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY. “This would likely immediately take effect and put Brad on limited supervised visits [with the children] only. If there is no investigation launched by CPS then in 21 days a judge would hear the validity of the claims to determine custody and visitation until they finalize the divorce.”

That’s the easy way out. Unfortunately if the investigation continues to move forward, Brad could be looking at “a year or longer” of supervised visits. “During the CPS investigation the courts could order Brad to attend a 52-week Parenting Class, Anger Management classes and possibly Alcoholics Anonymous meetings as well,” David explained.

Sadly, David also added that this will be “difficult” for Brad and Angelina’s children to deal with. “A supervisor must be present at all times when Brad is with the children. Brad can not be alone with his children until it is determined he is safe by CPS and/or until the court orders new custody arrangements.”
On top of all that, David added that things could get super costly for Brad if things don’t work in his favor. David further explained, “If it is ordered by the court that Brad is to have supervision, then a paid professional must constantly watch Brad when he is with the kids 24/7. Most professionals charge $150.00 an hour or more. Brad may need to hire several supervisors for the amount of kids he has and for long periods of time. It is often awkward and uncomfortable for all involved, especially the children.”

Fingers crossed that all of this gets resolved sooner rather than later, if only for the sake of Brad and Angie’s six children. A divorce alone can be pretty upsetting for children, so all of this added stress must be extremely difficult for the family right now.
