Brad Pitt Prosecution ‘Highly Unlikely’ In Alleged Private Plane Fight With Son

Shocking new details have emerged in Brad Pitt’s alleged child abuse case involving 15-year-old son Maddox Jolie-Pitt. Law enforcement officials have allegedly said that it’s very unlikely Brad will get prosecuted for any wrongdoing, according to a new report!

It’s “highly unlikely” that Brad Pitt, 52, can be prosecuted for the alleged assault of his son Maddox Jolie-Pitt, 15, according to multiple law enforcement officials involved in the case who spoke to TMZ. This is apparently due to the fact that the incident occurred aboard an airplane, and because there are conflicting reports of what happened. Wow!

Because of those two items, there’s no clear way to prove that Brad intentionally harmed Maddox; Brad has been accused of allegedly lunging at his son and “connecting with him in some fashion” while he was drunk on the airplane. The issue is whether or not Brad accidentally, allegedly hit Maddox, or whether he intended to do so. It’s believed that this alleged incident is what triggered Angelina Jolie, 40, to file for divorce.

Additionally, Brad may not be prosecuted because DCFS workers reportedly saw no evidence of injuries on Maddox when they allegedly investigated the incident. Nobody filed a police report about it, either. This is what Divorce Attorney & Family Law Expert Raoul Felder also told  HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY — unless there’s a third party witness, like a stewardess, who saw Brad hit Maddox, it’s going to be hard to move this case forward.

Because the alleged incident happened in the air, the FBI, not the LAPD, has jurisdiction over the case. This is the biggest reason the law enforcement sources reportedly say that Brad’s prosecution will be “unlikely.”
