It turns out that 45-year-old Corey Feldman‘s Sept. 16 debut performance on the Today Show was a disaster before it even happened. Just days before he was set to take the stage, one of the girls he hired to be an “Angel” in his band opted out of the performance. Now guitarist Krystal Khali has revealed the nasty voicemail that Corey left her when he found out that she had quit, in which he berates her to no end for abandoning him, reports Page Six.

“Krystal, it’s Corey. I’m wanting to believe that this is a joke. You’ve got to be joking, right? This isn’t real. No human being on this earth would be selfish enough and egotistical enough and f–ked up in the head enough to f–k friends over like this at the last minute. You know that I spent real money, you know that I’m struggling, and you know how hard it has been to get to this point,” Corey goes on, not only trying to make the guitarist feel guilty but also belittling her for her decision.

In an interview, Krystal revealed that she knew the show was going to be an “embarrassment,” which is why she quit. She also added that Corey refused to pay her for the gig, and that she was forced to use her roommate’s air miles just to get to Los Angeles to rehearse with him and his band. When she arrived he offered to pay for her meals, but he only eats “once a day” so that wasn’t very helpful for Krystal.

“No person would do this to another group of people that they call friends unless you’re like a soulless, careless, like inhumane piece of sh-t,” Corey’s voicemail continued. “So I really hope, for all f–king practical purposes, that this is a f–king elaborate joke and that you’re gonna call and say this was all a joke, or you were just playing, or something.”

In the voicemail’s grand finale, Corey threatens Krystal by telling her she’ll never be able to perform in Los Angeles again after betraying him. “Because if I don’t f–king hear from you, girl your name is f–king mud. Let me tell you, don’t even bother coming back to LA, because you’ll never get another gig in that f–king town. EVER. Like I will f–king make sure everybody knows what a piece of shit you are, k? Cool. Peace.”
