There’s a lot on the line for Manchester’s manager, Jose Mourinho, 53. If his squad drops this game against the reigning champs, it will be the second time in his managerial career that he lost three-in-a-row. One main point of criticism is Jose’s decision to start Wayne Rooney, 30, according to Metro.
Wayne’s been putting in a poor performance and Jose has picked him over Henrikh Mkhitaryan, 27, the Borussia Dortmund star who signed with Man U over the summer. Some fans think Wayne’s not good enough to lace Henrikh’s boots!
In the past 16 meetings with Man. U, Leicester only won a single game. Despite this, Man U better not sleep on the Foxes. “We are fearless,” Claudio Ranieri, 64, manager for the Foxes, said ahead of his game at the famous Old Trafford, per BBC Sports. “Why are [would we be] scared to go there? More than lose, what can we do there?”
Hopefully, win. Jamie Vardy, 29, has scored in three of his last four games against Manchester United. He and Islam Slimani, 29, will need to come out, guns a’blazing, in order to get past the talent-heavy Manchester United side. A victory at Old Trafford would definitely prove that last year’s season wasn’t a fluke.
