Taylor Swift, 26, did not have a care in the world during her girls night out on Tuesday, September 27, in New York City. The superstar was all smiles as she arrived at The Waverly Inn with BFF Cara Delevingne, where they met up with fellow squad members Lorde, Jack Antonoff, and even model Suki Waterhouse!
Taylor looked adorable for her night out, rocking a black mini with matching peep-toe booties. She almost matched Cara perfectly, who was also rocking all-black with a cropped top and jeans. The group of longtime friends look like they had a really great time together despite missing quite a few other squad members for the evening.
Unfortunately for Taylor, as she was having a perfect NYC night with friends, Kanye West, 38, was taking aim at her once again. This time Kanye used her own hometown, Nashville, Tennessee, to rile up his fans while performing “Famous” not once, not twice, but a whopping three times. As the video above shows, not only were fans super into him repeatedly performing the diss track, but they could also be heard chanting “f–k Taylor Swift.” Yikes.
While Taylor probably had no idea this was going down as she was out and about, it’s likely she heard about it shortly after. Hopefully she didn’t let the news get to her too badly — after all, she did not ask to be a part of this narrative!
