Angelina Jolie, 41, has allegedly taken on two expert lawyers to help her in her case against her estranged husband Brad Pitt, 52, in their already messy custody battle, following her filing for divorce several weeks ago. The actress chose lawyers Bert Fields and Pierce O’Donnell to get her what she wants, along with the lawyer Angie already hired, Laura Wasser. Pierce was actually given the honor of being named one of the 100 Most Influential Lawyers in America by the National Law Journal. So, ya, he’s pretty good. We’re wondering if Brad is just a little scared right now.
As previously reported, the couple, who was married for two years, allegedly already reached an agreement that gave the Tomb Raider actress COMPLETE custody of their six children, Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, eight. However, the deal is only temporary, and sources are saying it will allegedly last just three weeks. Which may be great for the kids, who are reportedly dying to see their father.
But, even if the actress is bringing on some powerhouse attorneys to take on Brad, she has reportedly made it clear she does not want the Allied actor to be prosecuted for the child abuse allegations circling around him, and has threatened to not cooperate with officials if a case is made against him.
The allegations started after Brad was reported to have hurt Maddox while being drunk on a private plane with the rest of the family. The actress allegedly reported the incident to the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. But now it seems Angie allegedly does not want Brad to face a case for child abuse, and instead just wants to protect her little ones. Now we’re wondering how Brad feels about facing Angie’s SERIOUS roster of lawyers as their battle intensifies.
