Angelina Jolie To Police: Don’t Prosecute Brad Pitt For Alleged Child Abuse

Despite allegations that Brad Pitt struck their son, Maddox, Angelina Jolie does not want the actor charged with child abuse, according to a new report. Angie’s focus is reportedly only on protecting the kids, and NOT punishing Brad!

Angelina Jolie, 41, is reportedly insisting that Brad Pitt, 52, not face criminal charges for the alleged incident on board their private jet, according to sources who spoke to TMZ. Brad is being investigated by the Department of Child and Family Services for allegedly striking their son Maddox, 15, in the face, but Angelina’s goal is reportedly just keeping her family safe and happy; she’s not trying to see him punished under the law! In fact, if police want to build a case, she’ll allegedly go “radio silent!”

As Trumpeth.com has told you previously, it may be hard to press charges against Brad anyway. There are conflicting reports about what happened on the plane. In some accounts of the incident, Brad allegedly “lunged” at Maddox; Angelina got in the way, and Brad inadvertently “made contact” with his son’s shoulders.

Furthermore, there reportedly isn’t evidence of any wrongdoing at this point. Maddox apparently didn’t have any signs of injury, and the only accounts of what happened came from Brad and Angelina. To really have prosecution move forward on the case, divorce Attorney & family law expert Raoul Felder told us EXCLUSIVELY that there would need to be a third party witness (not the children) to come forward and say what happened!

Amidst this heartbreaking drama, Angelina and Brad have reportedly come to a temporary custody agreement. The couple have reportedly reached a deal recommended by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, according to TMZ: Angelina will get the sole physical custody of their six kids that she asked for. Brad will have visitation rights to see Maddox, Zahara, 11, Pax, 12, Shiloh, 10, and the twins, Knox, 8, and Vivienne, 8. Brad’s initial visit with his kiddos will reportedly be done under the supervision of a therapist, who will determine if he can see them unsupervised from that point. He’ll also reportedly undergo random drug and alcohol testing.
