Justin Timberlake Encourages Fans ‘To Vote’ On ‘Tonight Show’ After Selfie Scandal

As if we needed another reason to love Justin Timberlake. The 35-year-old superstar stopped by The Tonight Show on Oct. 26, giving fans all the latest scoop on his life while chatting it up with Jimmy Fallon. Opening up about his voting booth selfie scandal, he joked, “I recently voted. I was in and out. No one even knew.” Justin continued, “Get out and vote.

But, don’t take a picture of yourself in the booth!” LOL! In case you missed it, Justin was under fire for taking a selfie at a voting poll in Memphis, Tennessee, on Oct. 24, but his heart was in the right place as he was trying to encourage fans to do the same. Nonetheless, it looks like he learned his lesson!

Justin also talked about the his new flick Trolls, revealing that he was instructed to teach his co-stars how to sing. He told Jimmy that the actors already knew what they were doing, claiming, “I’m just taking credit for all [their] geniuses!” The singer has definitely been on a roll as of late, having recently appeared with Anna Kendrick at the premiere for the animated Dreamworks flick, which is set to hit theaters on Nov. 4. Ofcourse, the former N*SYNC crooner also couldn’t help but gush about his adorable son Silas, revealing how his song, “Can’t Stop The Feeling” was inspired by him. “If we wouldn’t have had our son, I wouldn’t have written a song like that.” Aww!

Aside from gracing the big screens, Justin’s also got a very cool feature on Netflix now too. The concert film titled Justin Timberlake + The Tennessee Kids was released on Oct. 12, giving viewers a first-hand experience at his world tour in Las Vegas. But tonight, he treated fans to the ultimate surprise, a brace-face version of “Ironic” alongside Jimmy. Tracey Ullman and musical artist Stanaj also stopped by The Tonight Show, making it one epic episode!
