Rihanna, 28, totally stole our hearts when she stepped out in NYC during fashion week rocking the amazing Stella McCartney fur, which she paired with tiny denim shorts and her grey fur slides as she hit the sidewalk in the early morning hours to feed the birds. The night before, the songstress sported the exact same style as she headed out of 1Oak nightclub, pairing the look with stilettos.
While RiRi totally dominated the look when she sported the jacket, she wasn’t the last celeb to try the trend. Kendall Jenner, 20, returned to Instagram on Oct. 6 after taking a brief hiatus following her older sister’s scary robbery where she shared a casual photo of herself rocking jeans and the oversized coat with a pair of glasses and sneakers, her hair back in a messy bun, captioning the outfit: “low key look.” I love the way Kendall totally embraced a model-off-duty vibe with her outfit, especially because we aren’t used to seeing her rock such a statement piece.
Although the silhouette looked beyond cool on Kendall, I’m partial to RiRi’s styling — I love how she paired the voluminous top with her bare legs, really allowing the silhouette to shine. We also have to give her credit for becoming the first star to sport the style.
