“Shia LaBeouf has just got married,” James Corden, 38, said to a crazy, cheering studio audience on The Late Late Show on Oct. 18. “Incredible! So happy for you!” he said, as the 30-year-old actor smiled from ear to ear. “You got married in Vegas?” James asked him. “Yes, sir,” Shia confirmed.
“With an Elvis impersonator?” James inquired. “Yes, sir,” Shia said again. “Was it everything, you hoped it would be?” James asked. “Yes, sir,” Shia said AGAIN, smiling and laughing. “Will you say, ‘yes sir’ to everything I ask you for this show?” James asked, jokingly. “Yes, sir!” Shia said, glowing. Aww. You can totally tell he is so smitten with his new wife, Mia Goth, 23!
The pair really surprised us all when they got hitched in Las Vegas on Oct. 10, mainly because of the live stream of the nuptials that showed up that same day. The wedding, which included a singing Elvis serving as minister, a hula dancer, rose bouquet and round trip limousine service, among other amenities, seemed kinda weird at the time. And many people even believed it was a hoax. But Shia has since set the record straight and we couldn’t be happier for him and his lovely new bride!
James and Shia moved on from Mia to discussing another romance — their own. Seriously, James and Shia apparently have a great bromance, with the American Honey actor explaining how they met while auditioning for War Dogs, just after Shia had gotten out of jail. And they seem to have formed a real bond ever since.“Real deal, this is a really good dude for real, for real… Like nice texts when you need him kind of friend,” Shia said of James. That’s so sweet! But, watch out James, Shia only has eyes for Mia!
