This is a game-changer in Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s divorce! Brad has asked for joint custody of his and Angie’s six kids, and the proof is in the documents, attached here.
As you can see in the documents, Brad is ready to fight Angelina when it comes to custody of Maddox, Pax, Shiloh, Zahara, Vivienne and Knox. It just takes checking a few little boxes, but it makes a big difference — Angie ticked off “sole” custody in her documents, while Brad checked “joint” legal and physical custody in his. He also cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for divorce, and, well, here’s another one. We previously knew that Angelina has sole physical custody of the children at the moment, due to their temporary agreement with the Los Angeles Department of Child and Family Services, as Brad is investigated for alleged child abuse after an incident between him and Maddox on the family’s private plane in September.
TMZ also reported on Nov. 7 that Angie has seen Brad’s new request, and she’s not happy about it. She’s continuing to demand “monitored visitation” between him and kids, sources allege to the site, and will “fight hard” to get sole custody. Yikes!
