Ray J‘s new song “Famous” is an epic jab at his ex Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West in which he addresses, yet again, the sex tape he made with Kim in 2003. What’s worse is that Ray J decided to drop the song on Nov. 21, the same day that Kanye was hospitalized in Los Angeles after a “welfare check call” was made to his trainer, Harley Pasternak‘s, house. Ouch! What kind of calculated move was that on Ray J’s part? SO COLD. Although, depending on whether you’re the Kardashian-West family, or Ray J, it could be the best of times or the worst of times to have released the track.
In the song, Ray straight up accuses the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star of using him to get famous with the sex tape. “I told the judge, right hand to the sky / It wasn’t me, I’m not that type of guy / She f**ked me for fame, look at her eyes / She was the first one to sign on the line,” he raps, in the song featuring Chris Brown. Then, to make matters even worse, Ray comes at Kim’s fam too! “She was the one who planted it out / Look at the family they walk around proud / All because she had my d**k in her mouth,” he sings. Jeeze! Can you say salty?
We knew this song was coming, but we just can’t believe it came out today of all days. It’s hard to imagine what Kim must be feeling about this. After all, she could be totally enraged over it, or not even know about its release because of how focused she is on what’s going on with Kanye. We hope that she and Kanye are able to let it go and focus on his health at this time.
