Solange, 30, knows how to work a crowd, but this time she surpassed all expectations while taking the 8H Stage for two performances on SNL. The singer served as the musical guest for the Nov. 5 episode, giving her the perfect opportunity to treat fans to a live rendition of “Don’t Touch My Hair” and “Cranes In The Sky” at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. This is her grand debut on the show and she knocked it out of the park with her sultry vocals and sizzling dance moves! Solange first performed in a custom Swarovski crystal dress designed by Erickson Beamon, before changing into a stunning white crop-top and high waist pants. Get it, girl!

Many have been obsessing over Solange’s new album A Seat At The Table, so it’s likely they’re loving every minute of this! SNL made the exciting announcement via Twitter on Oct. 22, also revealing that Academy-Award nominee Benedict Cumberbatch would be serving as the guest host, marking his very first time doing so.

With there only being four days until election day, the hit NBC comedy sketch series made sure to tackle all the hot-topics. Viewers will also be treated to a very special politically charged show on Nov. 7, which will be a compilation of debate-related clips throughout the season.

Solange just reached a major milestone in her career, scoring her first EVER No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart thanks to her latest debut. It was estimated that A Seat At The Table sold 72,000 copies in its first week! Beyonce even gave her younger sibling a shout-out for her big accomplishment, writing, “Congrats to my sister on creating this beautiful work of art. I could not be more proud of you @saintrecords. A Seat At The Table is available today!” Keep it up!
